A message to Qatari emir from Senegal's president

Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Sunday received a communique from Senegal's President Abdo Diouf pertaining to relations between the two countries. The message was delivered by Diouf's special envoy who met with Sheikh Hamad in Doha.
