18 Algerian extremists were killed by the security forces

Algerian security forces said they killed 18 extremists in separate operations in three provinces, while extremists cut six shepherds' necks.

Algerian newspapers reported that the number of extremists killed has reached 300 during security operations after massacres committed by extremists during last December and January due to which 1,200 civilians were killed.
