Sheikh Ahmed Yassin in Saudi Arabia for the pilgrimage

Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, the spiritual leader of the Palestinian Hamas movement, left Cairo yesterday to perform the pilgrimage after receiving a week rest in a Cairo hospital.

An official source in the Palestinian embassy said Sheikh Yassin will return to Cairo after the pilgrimage then travel directly to Gaza.
