Israel gears up settlement policy

A report prepared by the Israeli Labor Party on settlement in the occupied Arab territories said hundreds of prefabricated houses were set up in a number of Israeli settlements, part of the expansion policy being pursued by the Israeli government to expand settlements. The Israeli army said settlers were not available to occupy them.
