59 Jordanian released prisoners arrived home
59 Jordanian prisoners, freed by a private resolution from Saddam Hussein, arrived in Amman yesterday night. Among them were five children who were jailed with their parents.
Iraqi authorities, criticized by senior Jordanian officials for the method they followed in freeing the Jordanians, yesterday officially informed Jordan of their decision via the Iraqi ambassador to Jordan.
