Chief UN weapons inspector Richard Butler, who is meeting today with Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Tariq Aziz, said progress is being made saying, "we will show the necessary respect for certain sites". Adding "we've got to get rid of those weapons and then the oil embargo sanctions will go"
