New Israeli violation of April Understanding

Following 40-hours of successive meetings the April Understanding monitoring committee which met at the Lebanese al-Naqoura town, held Israel and Lahd's militias responsible for the killing of three Lebanese civilians in Majdal Silem last Friday, when charged bombs planted in the area were exploded.

However, the Israeli side in the committee admitted responsibility for planting the bombs and for deporting Lebanese citizen Nabil Baidoun and his family and setting their house ablaze.
