Originally published

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak has asserted the importance of Israel's commitment to the basis and principles of the Middle East peace process, and to implement all signed agreements and pledges on all tracks. He warned at the same time of Israeli Premier Netanyahu's policy and its grave consequences to the region.

In an interview with the German magazine Der Spiegel published today, Mubarak asserted that Netanyahu's government uses ways of delusion and procrastination to escape its commitments referring that the Israeli settlement policy as a bomb which might explode at any moment.

Replying to a question concerning terrorism, Mubarak said that the extremist criminals and terrorists will not achieve their goals. Dialogue with these groups is useless because they are mere criminals and do not have Islamic doctrines with credibility, he said.
