Ilegal aliens asked to leave Kuwait
Kuwait, following the lead of other Arab Gulf states, has given illegal aliens until December 15 to leave the country.
Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammed Khaled Al Sabah said in an order that all who comply with the order can return to Kuwait legally. Those who fail to leave before the deadline will be prosecuted and will not be allowed to return in the future.
Kuwait's population is made up of some 750,000 Kuwaitis and around 104 million foreigners, mainly from other Arab states and the Indian subcontinent.
