De Charette claims the Resistance's right to face Israel

Former French foreign minister Herver De Charette met in Damascus with President Hafez Assad, Vice-President Abdel-Halim Khaddam and Foreign Minister Farouk El-Shara'a. De Charette said that peace in the Middle East has never been so close, despite signs to the contrary.
