Cohen: UN must act

US Secretary of Defense William Cohen said that action must be taken against Iraq, Nando Times Quoted the secretary on an ABC show as saying. Cohen urged that UN action--possibly military action if necessary--is called for due to Iraq's unwillingness to change its position on expelling American weapons inspectors.
