One last chance for Israel says Hamas

The military wing of Hamas said Israel had "one last chance" before the group will unleash a "big operation" against Israel. "Our military ability is more than you can imagine," Hamas Izzeddin Al-Qassam, the Hamas military arm said in a statement.

"You have one last chance before we carry out the big operation, which will not be stopped unless you immediately agree to our just demands which we laid out in the last military statement," it said, apparently in reference to its insistence that Israel free Palestinian prisoners including Hamas activists.

In a departure from past statements, Qassam said it would suspend attacks against Israeli non-military targets, Al Akhbar daily said today.
