Saudi businessmen to France

An 18-member businessmen's delegation will be on a tour of France participating in the Batimat, a leading building exhibition, and the 15th edition of Interclima, an international heating, refrigeration and air conditioning exhibition, from November 3-8.

The French commercial counselor to Saudi Arabia told reporters in the Saudi Arabian press agency that the businessmen group tour represents leading names in the field of building and construction.

The French counselor who is also accompanying the delegation said members will be received by the international department of the Ministry of Equipment, Transportation and Housing.

A tour of some major construction sites in Paris, such as La defense and Le Grandstade de France has also been programmed.

Aside from the official delegation, several hundred professionals from Saudi Arabia like construction managers, engineers, architects, decorates, and contractors are also expected to travel to Paris for the two exhibitions on an individual basis, he said. He also added that there is a plan to set-up other business delegations for major exhibitions.
