Hariri visits AUB president for support

Prime Minister Rafik Hariri visited American AUB president John Waterby in his residence at the American University of Beirut, yesterday at noon, after the explosion on the campus. Hariri condemned the incident, describing it as a cowardly act. He said his visit was meant to reassure the president and show support for him. Waterby said that the explosion will not affect his plans nor those of the university. He is going back to the US tomorrow, as already previewed, to come back in January for good.
