Mandela awards Gaddafi

South African President Nelson Mandela returned to Libya Wednesday where he presented Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi with the highest South African award that can be given to a foreigner, according to a Fox News report. Mandela's first visit to Libya on his current trip last week irked the US, although Mandela traveled to Tripoli by land in observance of the UN ban on flight.
