Mandela: Try Libyans at neutral site

On Sunday Nelson Mandela renewed his call for two Libyan suspects in the 1988 bombing of a Pan Am jet over Lockerbie, Scotland to be tried in a neutral country, according to a Miami Herald report. Mandela visited Libya last week where he made a similar call.
