draft law establishes rules for commercial transactions

The Egyptian people's assembly will discuss the new trade draft law and the amendments to be introduced on the present law during its coming session.

The PA legislation committee has already approved 400 articles of the draft law, which comprises 727 articles.

The draft law establishes rules for commercial transactions which will be regulated by international agreements and WTO regulations. The law also creates rules to prevent dishonest competition, Al Akhbar daily said today.
