The volume of foreign investment in Egypt is LE 980 million

The Director of the General Authority of Investment Dr. Ibrahim Fawzy confirmed that foreign participation in industrial projects reached LE 980 million during the previous six months, which is equal to the volume of foreign participation during all of last year.

Dr. Fawzy siad that the percentage of foreign participation in the investment sector is increasing, which proves the confidence in the investment environment in Egypt and increase in the profit rates due to the political and economic stability. He also added that foreign investment in industrial projects represents more than 70% of the total amount.
