Originally published

A Brazilian woman that was married to a Lebanese, Mr. Atef Said Abbas, took advantage of the Lebanese president's presence in Brazil to accuse her husband of kidnapping their two children, taking them illegally to Lebanon where he lives in his village, Shtoura.

Despite the promise of Lebanese Minister of Justice Bahige Tabbara to do his best to help the woman, Abbas said he feared nothing because he and his children are Lebanese and that he has the right to stay with his children in their country, while his wife rejected the idea of even visiting Lebanon.
