Economic cooperation between Latvia and Egypt

3 cooperation pacts were signed between Latvia and Egypt in tourism, public health and medical and maritime sciences.

Officials of the two countries also signed a memorandum of understanding for boosting trade between the two countries, the Latvian ambassador said.

She said that the cooperation agreements were signed during the second meeting of the joint Latvian-Egyptian committee, which ended its session this week, Al-Ahrar daily newspaper said today.
