Differences between Libyan goverment and Korean company

The Industrial Company for Building (Dong-A) of South Korea accused the Libyan government of not living up to its agreement for the right of supervising the third stage in the construction of the Great Artificial River.

The company, which spent 10 years finalizing the first stages of implementation of the canal project, was notified by the Libyan government about its decision to shop for other bidders to handle a 5 billion dollar contract for the third stage of construction
