Libyan parliamentary group in Egypt

Egyptian People’s Assembly speaker and head of the inter-parliamentary union Dr. Fathy Souror on July 29 received the Libyan people’s conference secretary general Abdul Hamid El Zanati, and his accompanying delegation who are visiting Egypt.

Their talks focused on means of promoting parliamentary relations between the two countries and coordination of the Egyptian-Libyan stands toward various Arab issues.

There is increasing effort by Libya to enhance its relations with it's Arab neighbors and break its diplomatic isolation
