Egypt denies suspension of wheat imports

The trade and supply minister, Dr. Ahmed Goweili, denied last night issuing a decree to suspend wheat imports.

In a statement to the Middle East Newspaper, Dr. Gowieli said the Minister was continuing with wheat imports from various countries of the world as planned.
