Mediterranean forum starts in Algeria
Experts from foreign ministers of 11 Mediterranean countries met yesterday to yesterday to set the stage for a two-day gathering of their respective ministers.
The agenda of the meeting is left open to cover pressing topics as seen by the convening ministers.
Egyptian Foreign minister Amr Moussa flew yesterday from Tuwi into Algiers to lead an Egyptian team at the forum, where Libya is likely to join under Arab pressure.
