Tel Aviv growing increasingly isolated

Originally published

"Monte Carlo" radio said Israel is undergoing a growing isolation in the international arena despite America's unlimited support for Tel Aviv's policy against just peace and international resolutions.

A report broadcast on July 11 said Israel is trying to break off the isolation by making large-scale moves through its embassies to convince "would-be" allies of the impossibility of solving the Palestinian-Israeli crisis through the United Nations.

The report referred to a draft resolution submitted by the Arab group to the UN on imposing sanctions on Israel and on halting all trade ties with Jewish settlements. The UN will debate the Arab resolution on Tuesday.

The radio also referred to discontent inside Israel against Benjamin Netanyahu's policy which is still blocking peace.
