Exports fair to open in October

Prime minister Dr. Kamal El Ganzouri, accompanied by Minister of Foreign Trade and Supplies Dr. Ahmed Guaili will open the fifth session of the Egyptian export exhibition, due to be held on October 18-24.

The head of the International Exhibitions Agency, Rushdi Saqr, said that for the first time his agency sent invitations to leading foreign businessmen and importers to visit the fair and witness the high quality of Egyptian products in all fields.

Saqr said that the agency had published a booklet containing information on the agencies in charge of exports, new industrial cities, and archeological sites in Egypt, as well as the fairs sections which exhibit products such as ready-to wear clothes, furniture, carpets, equipment, construction materials and foodstuffs.

The booklet, due to be distributed to all trade officials abroad will include the names of the Egyptian businessmen and exporters as well as their products he said.
