Sherif to lead Egypt’s media chiefs meeting

Minister of Information Safwat Sherif will head Egypt’s delegation to a routine meeting of the Arab Ministers of Information Council, which will be held at the Cairo-based Arab League headquarters next Saturday.

Sherif will address the inaugural session of the two-day meeting.

His speech is expected to underline the role of media in supporting Arab issues and means of enhancing Arab media to the challenges of the 27th centenary.
