Algeria government expects Butaflika to return back within days
The Algerian government announced that the Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika is in a good health condition and he will leave the hospital in Paris and returns back to Algeria within the few coming days.
The Algerian prime minister Ahmad O Yahya denied what he described as rumors concerning the health condition of Butaflika, and accused certain foreign of campaigning for such news.
He added in statements to the Algerian news agency that the information he receives every day from the team supervising the medical treatment, including Dr. Masoud Zeitouni, indicate that the recovery period for President Butaflika is going well.
O Yahya said that there was no new medical news on the health conditions of the President since 10 days ago when all necessary information was given out. Algeria had announced that Butaflika underwent a stomach surgery while France claimed the need for medical confidentiality in talking about his health condition.
