Moussa mourns Syrian movie director

Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa on Sunday expressed deep sorrow and pain over the death of the Syrian international movie director Mustafa al-Akkad.

"We mourn a man who had been presenting, through his film works, examples of the Arab struggle to gain freedom and independence and an honorable image of Islam," Moussa said in a statement.
