Sudan refuse sentences before international court

"Sudan renewed its objection to try Sudanese citizens who committed legal offences in Darfur region before an international court

Sudanese Minister of Justice announced in a statement on Monday that those who are accused of committing legal offences in Darfur will be sentenced in Sudan," JANA reported yesterday.

He indicated that there is a Sudanese court formed by the Sudanese Chief justice to sentence those who committed violations
