Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine for investigating Arafta's death

The General Secretary of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine Ahmed Saadat demanded the necessity of forming an International Investigation Committee to probe the circumstances of the death of the late Palestinian PresidentYaser Arafa, JANA reported yesterday.

The report said "Saadat said in a statement on Saturday that the death of Arafat must not be overlooked because his death was not due to natural illness or accidental rather Arafat was killed stressing that the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization must give this file great importance and continue its efforts by asking the International Community to examine carefully the causes of Arafat's death."

The report said "It is worth noting that the Leader of the Revolution has made a statement to Jana which reads as follows: After the analysis results of the cause of death of the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat showed that he died of poison I call for the formation of an International Investigation Committee to identify the perpetrators who caused the death of Abu Ammar (Yasser Arafat)."
