Egypt insurance markets beat counterparts in Africa

The latest report released by the General Authority of Insurance Control said that Egypt leads the insurance markets in Africa.

While insurance premiums have decreased in Africa by 11.2 percent in 2003 and 14.7 percent in 2004, the life-insurance sector witnessed a rise of 17.6 percent in 2003 and 28.8 percent in 2004 in Egypt.
