Abul- Gheit receives Sudanese opposition leader

Egypt's Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul -Gheit on Tuesday received Mohammed Othman al-Merghani, the chairman of the Sudanese opposition National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Merghani said his talks with Abul -Gheit came as part of the ongoing consultations between the NDA and Egypt.

The NDA is seeking, he said, to settle all differences in Sudan through dialogue in a bid to avert foreign interference in the country's internal affairs.
