Ma'ariv: Mofaz: The Golan will remain for ever in Israel's hands

The Israeli defense minister Shaoul Mofaz said on Tuesday that the occupied Syrian Golan Heights "will remain at the hands of Israel for ever."

The Israeli Ma'ariv daily indicated that Mofaz visited Katsarin settlement in the Golan where he laid the foundation stone for a new industrial zone for electronic industries during next coming years.

Ma'ariv quoted Mofaz as saying that "the state of Israel and the security department exert all efforts in order to enhance settlement in the Golan and to continue its development."
