Aoun announces converting Free Trend into a political party
Lebanese parliamentarian Michael Aoun announced the transfer of the Free National Trend group which he leads into a political party. Parliamentarian Aoun justified this step as being in the course of needed requirements for developmental reform revolution in the economic, social, cultural areas.
The national trend group and its allies own 21 seats in the Lebanese parliament which is composed of 128 members.
