Sharon: we will not negotiate with Syria not to alleviate pressures on it
The Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon on Monday considered that Syria is a "dangerous country," adding that time is not proper to start peace negotiations with it because this will lessen the pace of international pressures on it.
Sharon added that "Syria supports the Hizbullah party and provides shelter for the Palestinian terrorist organizations, develop untraditional weapons, and is now being subjected to great pressure from France and the USA, and therefore, why should we alleviate all this pressure from it through starting negotiations."
