Message from Libya's leader to President al-Assad

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad received on Monday a letter from Libya's leader Muammar al-Qathafi.

Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara was handed the letter during a meeting with Secretary of People's Committee of the Libyan-Arab Relations Bureau in Damascus Giuma Elmahdi Elfazani.
