BBC: Youssef Boutros Ghali pledges more reform to counter terror

Youssef Boutros Ghali said Saturday that Egypt was committed to reform and open-door policy as the most certain cure to the repercussions of terrorist attacks.

Speaking in an interview with the BBC television, the Minister said that the impact of the Sharm el-Sheikh blasts would depend on tourists' reaction to the attacks. So far, tourists stood up firmly to terror, he said.
