Fahmi: Egypt, Palestine discuss oil, gas cooperation

Oil Minister Sameh Fahmi discussed with Palestinian Energy and Water Resources Minister Azzam Al-Shawa yesterday means to enhance joint cooperation in the fields of petroleum and gas.

In statements, Fahmi voiced Cairo's readiness to offer required technical support as well as expertise to Palestinians. For his part, Shawa expressed the need for full Egyptian support to help make use of gas fields discovered in the Palestinian territories.
