Morocco's Merouane Chemmakh wanted by several European teams

Moroccan international and FC Bordeaux striker, Marouane Chemmakh is wanted by Olympique de Marseille, Ajax Amsterdam and Inter de Milan, said, here Tuesday, the French Sports newspapers "L'Equipe."

The 21-year-old player has been in impressive form this season with nine goals in 29 appearances besides a goal in France Cup.

The 1.85m and 70kg gunner started his career in the city of Bordeaux team in 2000. At 21, he has already attended an African Cup final and scored

16 goals in 64 appearances at the French first division.

His first match in the first division was before Bastia on February 8, 2003.

Chemmakh is tied to the Bordeaux squad until 2009, and the team President, Jean-louis Triaud declared the team is not ready to do without Chemmakh services.
