Mubarak to declare integrated plan to support low-income families

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak will declare features of an integrated plan to support the low-income families and realize the social stability which constitutes an essential base of Egypt's rule. In his Labor Day address, slated for Thursday, Mubarak will tackle challenges Egypt faces such as the overpopulation problem, creating job opportunities and removing obstacles to investors.

The address will also touch on the latest developments in the Middle East peace process, Iraq, Lebanon, and Egypt's efforts to close the Arab ranks.
