Stink water leaks from Israeli settlement into south Lebanon
Lebanese southern village of "Mais al-Jabal" asked Lebanese authorities to lodge a complaint to the UN against Israel over pumping stink water into the village fields.
Lebanese National News Agency quoted officials at the village as saying on Tuesday that the water poured from al-Manara Israeli settlement north of the occupied Palestinian territories.
They added that after making tests over the water in a laboratory, it was clear that it was polluted with bacteria which causes dangerous diseases to peoples, animals and plants.
The Agency added that the Israeli stink water leaked to the groundwater wells and polluted them.
