Turkish airlines to start flights to Casablanca
Turkish Airlines (THY) announced Friday it will start direct flights to Casablanca as of March 27th.
According to the Turkish airliner, two flights a week will be served by THY from Turkey to Morocco, and two other flights by Royal Air Maroc from Casablanca to Turkey.
RAM and THY, bound by a cooperation agreement since 1987, decided to increase the flights to keep in pace with the development of the tourism sector in both countries.
The Moroccan airliner also decided to double its flights to Egypt to 6 times a week as of April to meet the growing demand. Some 15,000 Moroccans visit Egypt annually.
