Mrs. Mubarak to launch women's forum

Egypt's First Lady Suzanne Mubarak, Chairwoman of the National Council for Women (NCW), will inaugurate in Cairo on Saturday a two-day forum on Arab women and technology.

The forum, which will be attended by official delegations, aims to discuss Arab women's scientific and technological accomplishments and how women can build on these accomplishments and avoid the negative effects of scientific progress.
