European Union for further cooperation with Syria

First Secretary of the Damascus-based European Mission delegation Fabian Devon stressed the importance of cooperation between Syria and the EU. For her part, Representative of the European mission Helen Kafira pointed out that the projects that the European Investment Bank supports in Syria, particularly in the fields of electricity, transport and infrastructure aim at expanding the private sector investment, creating new job opportunities and activating the economic growth in Syria.
