Spanish mayor launches campaign against Sharon

Mayor of a Spanish town on Wednesday launched a special campaign to "bridle in the brutness" of the Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon by raising banners in this regard as well distributing t-shirts on the town citizens.

Mayor of the town of Ourense at Galicia province, north west of Spain, announced that the Israeli ambassador in Madrid has threatened him by phone saying he would seek a personal government protection due to that threat.

" Let us bridle in this beast," and " Ariel Sharon, the assassin," posters are seen in the Ourense town streets.
