Originally published

Campaigns of condemnation over what is taking place in Falluja continued. The secretary general of the Muslim Scholars Commission in Iraq, Hareth al-Dari, appealed to UN secretary general Kofi Annan and the secretary general of the Arab league Amr Moussa and world people of consciousness to be aware of what he called the massacres and war of extermination in Falluja. Al-Dari stressed that resistance in Iraq is a legitimate right and that the commission supports this right.

Also in reaction, the Islamic party in Iraq announced withdrawal from the government and said its participation in this government is no longer justifiable because of the American attack against Falluja city. In a statement the party accused the Iraqi government of "collaborating with legitimizing the bloodshed of the Iraqis." The party held the American forces and the interim Iraqi government the implications of what he described as irresponsible politics, demanding immediate stop of the bloodshed.

Al-Shaheed al-Sader office deplored the bombardment of Falluja and a statement in the name of the office urged all members if the Iraqi national guards and police not to help the American forces "because they are occupation forces," according to the statement.

Meantime, the Muslim Brothers group in Egypt appealed the Iraqi forces not to fight the gunmen in Falluja. It called the Iraqi resistance to defend the city.

In other field developments, the British defense office announced that one soldier from " Black Watch" squad was killed on Monday while other two were injured in a bomb explosion implanted on the sideline of the road to the north of " Dog Wood" camp to the south of capital."
