Zapatero: relations with Morocco crucial for stability in Maghreb
Spanish Prime Minister, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, has stated that his country's relations with Morocco are "crucial" for stability and modernization of the North African region of the Maghreb.
"Relations with Morocco are important in counter-terrorism and immigration, and they are crucial for stability and modernization in the Maghreb," Zapatero said in an interview published Sunday by the Spanish daily El Pais.
