Oil price exceeds $ 50 for one barrel

The price of one barrel of oil in New York markets closed in New York markets yesterday for the first time exceeding $ 50 for one barrel to reach $ 50.12 over fears concerning the situation in Nigeria.

Price of light oil, November delivery reached $ 50.12 for one barrel representing an increase of 48 cents from Thursday closure.
