Sudanese opposition doubts the story of foiling the coupe
Khartoum has escalated the pace of its campaign against the People Congress party upon its announcement that it had foiled a coupe attempt planned by the opposition Islamic party.
The Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir urged the youths to head for the civil defense camps in order to defend Sudan against "his enemies; hireling of Masionism and Zionism," while opposition sides expressed doubt over the accusations raised by the government considering them as an attempt to divert the attention from the Darfur crisis.
